
Kate Foronda is a Belarusian-born American businesswoman, serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and educator. She is the founder of 4KX Strategies, a consulting practice focused on strategic advisory and leadership development.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Kate’s professional background spans international trade, import and export, business development, public relations, marketing, and communications. This multidisciplinary experience shapes her practical approach to business growth, organizational effectiveness, and leadership.
Throughout her career, Kate has collaborated with government institutions and private-sector organizations, drawing on her extensive knowledge of global markets, customs regulations, and international business protocols. Having traveled to more than 45 countries and worked across four continents, she brings a distinctly global and cross-cultural perspective to her work.
In addition to her business experience, Kate is a research-focused professional with advanced training in leadership development, workplace behavior, and organizational effectiveness. Her methodological experience includes survey design, experimental research, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and people analytics.

Education and Research
Kate holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Economics and Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Her master’s thesis examined the relationship between emotional intelligence and conflict resolution within global companies, with particular attention to the interpersonal and cross-cultural dynamics that influence workplace relationships.
Her current academic and professional interests include leadership, workplace behavior, team effectiveness, organizational change, cross-cultural conflict resolution, and the responsible application of artificial intelligence (AI) to organizational decision-making.
