Throughout her career, Kate has collaborated with both government institutions and private-sector organizations, leveraging her deep understanding of global markets, customs regulations, and international business protocols. Having traveled to more than 35 countries and worked across four continents, she brings a truly global perspective to her work.
Alongside her extensive business background, Kate is also a research-focused professional with advanced training in organizational research methods, including survey design, experimental research, and quantitative data analysis. She has experience leading research projects and translating statistical findings into clear, client-ready insights that address real-world organizational challenges.
Kate holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Economics and Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial–Organizational Psychology.
